Be Under Contract Before October 3rd To Avoid Delays In Closing

By now I am sure you have heard about the new disclosure regulations for home purchases involving loans.  While qualified buyers will certainly be able to close on their homes, the new disclosure laws are likely to cause delays as the entire industry realigns their processes to deal with these regulations.

But did you now that it is possible to avoid these delays by getting your dream home under contract this week?  

What you should be doing in the next couple of days to help us help you!

1) Choose a lender and loan product.  Are you planning on an FHA or VA loan?  Will you be getting a conventional loan?  You need to now the answers to these questions and provide your lender with all of the information they ask you for.

2) Work with an experienced Realtor.  We have the knowledge to get you to your goals

3) Schedule time with your Realtor to find your home.  don't delay!!!
